# Disclaimer

In relations between projects and token buyers, a launchpad platform serves as a facilitator, providing the infrastructure and resources for both parties.

TruePNL Launchpad is designed as a convenient and secure application for users to participate in sales of the selected projects, however, TruePNL does not encourage or incite any user for any financial decisions. All users shall rely on their own examination and investigation of the projects.

**Risk reminder**

The crypto market is highly volatile and may carry unpredictable and unmeasurable losses for users, no mediators, service providers, or individuals are able to predict or guarantee any future profits or losses of funds.

A user should not buy tokens unless they are prepared to sustain a total loss of the money they have invested. Every user should always determine their financial decisions by themselves, realizing the risks of their actions.

**We strongly advise all our users to DYOR before making any investment decisions.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.truepnl.com/product/launchpad/disclaimer.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
